        Mornings are cold when it’s foggy and as soon as the sun appears the temp warms up. Winter in Santa Cruz often has warm, t’s and sweat shirt weather

          I often headed for the coast in winter for that very reason, Arati. It wasn’t that you couldn’t have storms, there were some doozies, but on the clear, sunny days, wow!
