Soft curves, square tiles and cement pillars – perfect patterns.
Thank you and thanks for the prompt. I drive by this community center nearly every day and this was the first time I actually ‘saw’ these parts/details of it!
Then my intentions worked for you! Thank you – this made me feel good!
Live the curved sidewalk!
Yes, it is fun. Thanks for stopping by.
Nicely seen and photographed
I’m glad you enjoyed the images. Thank you for stopping by and commenting.
WOW…great choices of patterns!
Thanks. It was fun to see them all in one place. One of the things I love about photography challenges is how I actually start ‘seeing’ things, relationships between objects, in my everyday environment that might otherwise elude me.
That is quite true. Given a new frame of reference in a challenge, it does encourage us to look more closely at things. And that in turn improves one’s skill with a camera, I think.
I think so too.
Wonderful captures.
Thank you Rupali.
I saw that first photo and knew exactly where you were. We lived in San Ramon for many years. Great photos.
Thank you. I delight in hearing that you recognize this place, that it is familiar to you. Sweet!
Great pattern selection!
Thank you Gael.
Great captures Arati!!!
Thank you.
Love the patterns around the boulders. Very unique. I spotted the playground in the background. A photo opportunity from another post, I presume. 🙂
Thanks, I’m glad you liked the patterns around the boulders. I was captivated with the contrast between the boulders, meandering drain and square tiles. Curious what it would look like in black & white. In the past I have found inspiration in the playground and the kids running around. A place to keep returning to. Always something new to see… a new angle or perspective. Thanks for the reminder.
Wow… these are beautiful pattern images! Well captured. 🙂
Thank you
Intriguing patterns, Arati.
Yeah, kind of like a mishmash ….
