In February of this year, way back then, before Covid was acknowledged, my son took me to the Green Gulch Zen Center for my birthday. I had never been there before. It was wonderful gift. Time slowed down and we were living in the moment, a sense of presence and heightened awareness. The whole day was like that, magical. I have deep gratitude for having been able to visit this place where I experienced a deep, quiet peacefulness. Especially now, as I look back from this time and place of such uncertainty.
