        Thank you Patti. I see these as archetypal structures inspired by dwellings Indigenous People have been building throughout the ages. People of all ages like to go and sit in these. Children love to explore and play in them. They pop up in different areas along the coast after storms. It seems like a tradition in Capitola, and then, at some point, all the driftwood that the rivers carried down to the ocean disappears….
